“A very quick and easy process. This the second time I have used this service. The first time the website was slow in responding (probably due to the number of users), but this time there were no issues at all.”
“I've purchased from The Glasgow Distillery a number of times and always find the process very easy, followed up by speedy delivery and superb customer services. The quality of the products is fantastic and the taste always matches the advertised tasting notes. Brilliant as always....Thank you”
“Simple, smooth and easy process.
Peated Cask strength is a new favourite. Beautiful bottle and packaging but that's not what impressed - no, but the colour was amazing and the taste simply wow, just wow. Blown away in the very best way....”
“Very easy ordering. Excellent delivery service. Beautifully presented bottle, box and personalised gift message. Product was well and securely packaged. And best of all, my partner LOVES the triple distilled whisky!”
“The whisky is excellent. Getting the members discount of 10% not so much. I was emailed a voucher after I'd ordered.....
The voucher was extended in date, but I may not order in time. A shame, but still the whisky is really nice.”
“Ordering on line was easy, however have heard nothing since so not sure if order is ready or if I can collect at the distillery or if did are delivering email confirm was confusing. I haven’t heard anything responded direct on the website but no response yet”
“Ordering online was easy and delivery prompt. If you want to know about the product itself, fantastic!
I suppose the only negative i have is that I had never heard of it before. Introduced by a friend, it really took my breath away. All three whiskies are different, distinguished and original. Now among my favourites.
Oh, and I have been a whisky enthusiast for maybe 50 years now.”
“I ordered Glasgow 1770 online. Bought a gift card and paid for delivery. I can't thank them enough. It arrived complete and on time with a lovely gift tag. And the recipient described the whisky as a new favourite! An excellent buy.”
“I ordered on-line via their website for a Click-and-Collect order. The whole process was very easy and it all went very indeed. A great experience, a great service, and, of course, a great product.”
“When my online order arrived, I realised I had ordered the wrong product. I immediately called the distillery and my issue was resolved. That's what I call great customer service. I had been wary as I had previously had issues with deliveries due to the delivery company, so glad they have changed delivery companies as I will now order more often.”
“Easy transaction. Delivered quickly and packaged well. Bought as a gift so can't comment on the whisky.
Merry Christmas to the Glasgow Distillery Team”
“Glasgow 1770 Distillery is my biggest surprise in 2024. This still new Kid on the Block doing gr8 job producing fantastic whiskies and other spirits like rum i really like too. I love their house style, distilate is so good and whisky albait young tastes well matured and deliciously. Recently i bought sample pack as a chance to try their core range differebt style of my favourite spirit and i enjoyed every dram but winner for me was peated cask strenght batch 2. Such a lovely whisky, peat and sweetness of Pedro Ximenez sherry in this one works amazingly. It impressed me so much so instantly ordered full bottle. Service is fully professional and fast as always. Thank you guys. Strongly recommend whisky from this distillery if you didnt try it yet. Cheers 😁🥂🙋♂️”
