“I have always tried to take vitamins but never managed to do so consistently so never saw the benefits. Since starting Nourished I've taken them every day - it's not a chore, they taste good and I have noticed I just feel better within myself. I started by taking the questionnaire to discover which vitamins were recommended for my needs and I'm happy to say that after taking them daily for a couple of months I'm feeling results! “I ordered these as I’m going through menopause and despite being on HRT was suffering terribly with brain fog and grasping for the right words. I was also feeling listless and wanted more energy, whilst wanting to maintain the good sleep I have. I’ve been taking them for about 6 weeks now and they have been so effective! I’m noticeably more articulate, have more clarity, feel really positive and have more energy. Also they taste so nice and I look forward to having them every day! The only negative I’ll say is that for the first couple of weeks they gave me really bad farts and some digestive problems 😂 but that settled down and has now dissipated. Would highly recommend.”

“I am beyond happy with these vitamins, I get them for my 6 year old daughter and we have gone through so many different brands and these are the only ones she is so happy to take and also she only has to take 1 gummie a day for all her vitamins instead of multiple gummies Already on our second month’s supply and changed the flavour too”

“Love the concept to be able to design a personalised supplement. Not only do you have the flexibility but they taste great as well. My kids liked the colourful look of them so much that they asked for some. As a result I have ordered the kids stacks which they love too.”

“I started one of their subscriptions in the hope of getting a bit healthier as I knew I wasn't getting all the right vitamins through food and drink, I also wanted to improve my sleep as I'd had struggles getting much prior to getting these! I started to notice a difference after about 3 weeks, I'm on about week 6 now I think and I shall continue my subscription as long as I can afford to, this is the only downside I can see, it is quite an expensive subscription, yes it's customised to you and probably rather expensive to make but it is a touch expensive but that really is the only downside! They taste as good as any gummy sweet, I've had watermelon so far, and they are a fun novelty that actually helps your body which is great!”

“I’ve had a very positive experience so far, I look forward to receiving my monthly order! I wasn’t sure about the gummies at first but now I really enjoy them, they kind of feel like a treat. They’re tasty and there’s so many flavours to choose from, I’ve stuck to watermelon as that’s my favourite flavour! I find it much easier to remember to eat gummies everyday vs tablets so much more convenient for me. I love the personalisation and the control I have to change my stack to address different concerns if needs be. You get what you pay for!”

I disliked how hard it is to cancel the subscription, I should be able to click a button and instantly cancel rather than have to wait for a retention team to email me.”

“Quite expensive for what they are, could get the same stuff in a pack of multivitamins. However these are very tasty and as someone who is mostly housebound having them delivered to my house is great. I have not noticed an effect yet but have only been taking them for 1.5 months ish.”
