“I do love the idea of getting all the nutrients you need in one bite. I think I can see the improvement in my body such as new hair growth and energy level. The only thing for me personally is I don’t like the texture. But overall I would totally recommend it.”

“Well at first I was skeptical that anything "gummy" would work! I was so wrong and within two weeks I was a completely different person. I have type 2 diabetes and it's under control but I could remember my younger days when I was full of energy and my mind was sharp. With my stack I now have some of that back! I needed to get my stack a little earlier each month and I emailed Nourished and Kate got right on getting me all fixed up! When something works and works well I'll be the first to give a great review if something doesn't work I just stop ordering and then silence. This is a really good product and look foward to trying some other blends as their sleep stack. Order a months supply and just try it you'll be glad you did.”

“Been taking Nourished for just over 2 months now, love them, so easy and I love how they’re individually packed, brilliant for travel and just every day especially with a family and all named. I do actually feel more energetic I dare say this will improve over the coming months. I did change my flavour as I thought the watermelon was too sweet for me, so it’s easy just to swap the following month to a different flavour which I have done, to sour apple. It’s taken me a bit to get used to the consistency but that’s just me, all in all completely happy with my subscription would recommend to anyone.”

“Has certainly simplified the process of taking a range of bespoke daily vitamins. There was a slight delay on my second delivery however Nourished responded quickly to it. Much prefer the sour option however that is just personal taste.”

“Interesting idea, straightforward process, customisable vitamins - what’s not to like? As a new business, there’s definitely room for improvement; but these will come - such as better customer communication (consistency, frequency) and offers for loyal customers (without the caveat of needing to complete an action like writing Reviews).”

“I’ve been taking Nourished vitamins now for two months and I’d highly recommend them to friends and family. I never really used to get “sick-sick” if you know what I mean, but having a child I’d pick up colds and snuffy nose and sore throat. Since this I’ve not had any sign of any cold and coughs and my overall health and well-being has improved vastly.”
