“Nourished are the most amazing concept for being able to personalise a combination of vitamins to suit your needs. I have been able to add things to my stack that would have been difficult to obtain separately and I would’ve been taking multiple tablets a day to get everything in.”

“I love the fact that I was able to take a personalised approach and answer questions to ensure I have the correct combination of vitamins in one product which is easy to take and travel with also. Delivery has always been prompt. I do however wish it was a little more affordable as for me personally I currently find it is quite a luxury and not necessarily something I can keep up with long term.”

“An amazing, contemporary idea using science and personalisation. I love how you can change the stack to suit your needs and the initial quiz helps with suggestions too. There’s such a variety of vitamins and nutrients that you usually have to buy separately and for a lot more money. There are loads of flavours too so there is something for everyone. I have noticed a big difference in my mood and energy since taking my nourished vitamins and I think it is because I take them more consistently due to everything I need being in one dose, instead of multiple different things that need to be taken in different ways. Have already recommended Nourished to people and got my mum using them too!”

“I am only on month two so I think it will take a bit of time to able to review properly but for now I love that so much goes into one tasty little treat (I literally had a cupboard full of different vitamins before I found Nourished!). Delivered on time and love that they are made for me personally, rather than me just guessing what’s good for me and filling that cupboard! So far so good..”
