“Been taking nourished for over a month now and finding they have helped me with my sleep which I have struggled with for years they have also helped with my sugar spiked which has helped massively I have been emotionally eating for years but nowadays I don’t constantly crave the stuff I used to and I don’t feel so sluggish throughout the day which also helps thanks nourished”

“Im normally very bad at taking vitamins as I can’t be bothered but it’s super easy with them all being in one tasty gummy. Tastes great and just turns up through the door. Maximum flavour and pay off, minimum effort.”

“This is a fantastic product. I am a new user, so understand it will be a matter of a few more weeks before I can testify to that "before" and "after" stuff. Still, I am impressed by the research and concept informing choices and recommendations of each stack layer, according to one's own needs and objectives. The company culture is great: super-flexible, responsive, efficient, and savvy. Fast delivery and excellent rationales for the layers included. “I know I am deficient in a number of vitamins and minerals, but couldn't find any multivitamins that had all the ones I needed. These stacks are tasty and much easier to take than the huge multivitamin tablets I've tried. Great that you can customise them. So far so good!”

“Been taking these vitamins for 2 months. Seems ok! Flavour is decent and the layers are fun. It would be good to get a reminder to customise your flavours and/or vitamins for the next month, but other than that seems good. A bit pricey, not 100% sure they’re doing me any good, but service and content etc is good so far.”
