“Like the product. Like the idea. Liked the whole service. Just can't justify the cost vs. just buying each of the vitamins individually in tablet form. If the cost was a little more competitive I would absolutely continue to purchase (appreciate you need volume to probably make this happen). I imagine these chews are very moisture sensitive etc, but long term you have to get rid of the wasteful packaging somehow.”

“After using the Meno-Pause stack for a while I unfortunately had to cancel my subscription. “Great idea to be able to personalise your supplements! Was a little sceptical at first but thought I’d give it a go…but i genuinely do feel a little better in myself so signed up for a subscription. Wasn’t keen on the first flavour I tried but changed to cola flavour & that’s lovely! Environmentally friendly packaging, I decant the individual stacks into a jar when they arrive.”

“I love that the vitamins are catered for your specific needs. I get a subscription box for my son and I find that it has really boosted his immune system better compared to over the counter stuff. With young kids in primary school I think that helps hugely. They taste good too, not medicinal and you can pick the flavours which is another thing that gives kids choices.”

“Customer service and delivery is great. Always kept up to date. I have been taking these around 3 weeks and I can tell they have made a difference. I used to take pain killers every night for bed due to inflammation in my back but I haven't had one since I starter. I also think my memory is slowly starting to improve as well. “These vitamins have CHANGED me. I honestly purchased these on whim about 6 months ago when I was sick as a dog with a cold for the second time in a couple of months. I was super frustrated with my body and would have sold my soul at that point to just get better. Touch wood I’ve not been poorly since, even when being exposed to illness through general everyday life (colleagues, family etc). I’m well aware this might be a placebo but I’ll take it. I’ve waited this long to write a review because I genuinely want people to see this and believe in the product. I LOVE that you can change your flavours, I do every month. However there are definitely some things that Nourished should look to change: 1. 28 days is a really odd subscription timescale - I imagine most consumers will want to pay their subscription on the same date each month, it’s not cheap, and the fact is a 28d subscription means at some point two payments will leave in one month - that’s over £70 on vitamins and just isn’t feasible. Pausing + delaying is a good feature, but I wonder why Nourished went for this timeframe in the first place. 2. Links in emails don’t take the user to the correct place in their profile, for example, I have received a “£5 off your next subscription” but the claim reward link just took me to my profile. 3. When applying the discount code the only option is to “order now”, does this mean I’ll have to pay right now? If so that’s odd - I already have a subscription and I don’t want to commit to a new payment date if I do “order now” - maybe worth changing up the process (or just the copy if the action does commit the code application). All in all the product is really great, I look forward to receiving my orders and taking my vitamins each day. There’s just a few snags in processes that mean it’s not always the smoothest journey as possible.”
