“Have been taking Nourished for a little over 6 months and have found the customer service second to none. Deliveries are always on time and although I've had no need to ask for returns or refunds, based on my current experience of customer service, I wouldn't expect any problems. I experienced a minor issue changing my stack a couple of months ago, but the issue was resolved promptly and efficiently. All this in addition to the health benefits I'm feeling! Thank you Team Nourished!”

“Great choice of vitamins and the personalisation quiz provides you with a good selection of vitamins for your needs. However, I'm really not keen on the taste (I've tried 2 different flavours so far) or texture of these. I'm trying to persevere for the health benefits but I dread taking them!”

Thank you so much for taking the time to leave us a review, We really appreciate your feedback about the taste of the stacks, we do use natural flavourings within our ingredients, but some vitamins are stronger in taste than others. We do have a collection of different flavours to try 🍍🍓, and more in the pipeline ready to launch soon!

“I've tried a lot of vitamin and health subscriptions and this is the only one that has stuck. The gummy is just way easier and more enjoyable to take and it's not a chore at all to remember every day. They taste great, it's super easy to configure your stack and change it, and the subscription is just so easy. I've had to contact customer services to sort out a problem (that was my fault) and they were fast and super helpful. Totally recommend!”

“The gummies were easy to select and they arrived quickly. This is month 3 now and the next supply always arrives in plenty of time. I’m a vegetarian, so I know I’m not getting enough B12. And there were some other vitamins I needed as a middle aged woman. They taste great, and I have stuck to taking these, which I can confess I haven’t ever managed to do in the past with other brands.”

“So far so good. The taste is enjoyable, though I didn't see a big difference between the sweet and the sour options (they're pretty similar). I do wish that the texture was a bit more "gummy" (it's pretty soft when you chew them). As far as results go, I haven't seen anything noticeably different yet, but perhaps it just takes more time. I'm happy enough overall to continue with them though!”

Thanks for the great review Janie, We always advise to allow 8-12 weeks of starting any vitamin regime to really start to feel a difference. Everybody is different and can very much depend on the individual 🤩
