“Very happy so far with my nourished subscription, currently on my second month and it makes taking vitamins so much easier and tastier than lots of tablets. I really like the quiz to find out what I need and then I adjusted that slightly to include others vitamins I used to take.”

“I will caveat this by stating I have only been taking the vitamins for a month, but the convenience of having all the vitamins I would normally take individually as one single gummy has been an immediate positive. I believe I have been experiencing the benefits of the gummies (primarily heightens energy and better sleep) however I am looking forward to taking these for longer to truly see how they make a difference. I had some initial issues but the customer service team were excellent in resolving these and offering support.”

“Second month in and I have generally noticed a sustained improvement in my sleep, my mood and therefore my focus and energy has been extremely consistent. I would normally have a dip of focus in between tasks throughout the afternoon but I’ve found this less and less. I switched my flavour on the second month to cola and it’s a game changer. I regularly take the quiz to make sure I am getting all the right things I need at that time and it’s very easy to swap items in your stack which is great because it’s nice to try different things and experiment with what works best.”
