It took 4 weeks to arrive! Whilst I did get a 50% refund, I think the turnaround time is shocking for a company that does “subscription”. I doubt I will be ordering again. You need address the turn around time and give better delivery due dates.

I ordered from Nourished on 2nd January, and as of today, 23rd January, I have still not received my order. I reached out to support a few days ago but was given a very loose, generic answer as to why my order was so late. If, within a few more days my order still hasn’t arrived, I’ll be pursuing a full refund.

Ordered almost 2 weeks ago and order still hasn’t even been dispatched. I’ve chased this up twice and been told there are ‘delays’ but still my item is yet to be dispatched. This is the first time I’m trying these and was so excited for them but I am feeling disappointed and let down. No refund or adequate compensation has even been offered either.

Delivery arrived extremely late. I had to follow up with CS. It then took another two weeks for it to simply leave the warehouse! Can’t review the actual product but delivery and lack of follow up - despite promised means I’ll look for something more reliable.

I simply cannot understand how a company that has one simple promise can fail time after time to deliver on that promise. What is the point of sending out emails about the importance of taking the vitamins consistently, if you are unable to deliver them on time each month. four out of the last nine deliveries have not arrived in time, which is an appalling record by any standards.

My journey started well, I was enjoying my daily dose of goodness & feeing better than in previous months. The second months subscription was late & the third months hasn't appeared at all (now weeks late) even through a reassuring email told it it would be late but would arrive. It seems this company is struggling to meet demands which is a shame. I can't endorse a product that is now not available. I shouldn't have to reach out to the helpdesk due to late deliveries each month.

Initially it took far too long to receive the delivery. The first package never arrived, and the 2nd package arrived after weeks of waiting. The texture is hideous - they are not gummies at all - they have the texture of paste. When I tried to cancel I was told I would need to receive a further delivery before cancelling. They then charged a further months subscription, event though I was assured that my subscription was cancelled. All in all, not something I would recommend - both the service and the product are awful.

After placing a quarterly subscription order this morning, I am now completely unable to log into my account. The site reports that an account under my email address doesn't exist. Interestingly they had no problem charging my AMEX, and I've received *eight* separate (and identical) emails from them so far today. Worse, they've started texting my work number — a contact method that I did not supply or authorize. I can't speak to the quality of their products, but their business practices are certainly suspect. My advice — steer clear!

Can't comment on if they are any good as I've still not received them. The turn around time for delivery is ridiculous. I placed the order on the 7th July. I was advised they'd been shipped on the 15th July after chasing the progress. 4 days later, now the 19th July the tracking still says waiting for your package, so who knows if or when they will arrive. Such a shame was looking forward to trying these, but feel I got suckered in to one of the many Instagram adverts that are too good to be true. I will be cancelling the subscription and contacting the bank for a refund.

Haven't received my order yet and you want a review. Well service sucks, was given wrong tracking, which dosn't mean much because been almost 2 weeks with no delivery. Will not continue this subscription as seems useless.

They took a month to arrive and only after a bit of back and forth with them. I was really hoping they’d be great, but they made me feel sick each time I took them. If you’re sensitive to texture at all then I wouldn’t recommend. Queasy all day isn’t pleasant.

I can tell you now Get Nourished is an absolute con, the only thing they can take credit for is their slick marketing. Yes the concept of personalised gummy stacks for vitamins and other nutrients is absolutely fantastic, however the reality is very different. The vitamin dosages are extremely low compared to other multivitamins, their stock response is that their dosages comply with recommended levels and their absorption rates 'may' be higher. Well other multivitamins have huge dosages to take into account low absorption rates, and there is no real indication that the absorption rates of these gummies are high enough to make up for that. Then there is the non vitamin nutrients, take Maca for example 40mg. That literally is not even a 10th of the dosage that I now get in pure powder form in a single capsule for another company. Look at recommended dosage levels for pure maca online and they are far higher than what is contained in these gummies which barely amounts to trace levels. I queried this and they said it all depends on the form it is taken in. Seriously? So pure powder form in a capsule requires a lot more than what is inside a gummy? It doesn't leave much confidence in other nutrient dosages such as Mango or tart cherry etc. So dosage levels are ridiculously low for the price of the product which is very expensive. Also when signing up for a subscription you will have gaps in between boxes due to their delivery problems. The response back to me was that Evri their courier lost a batch of boxes? Really? I have Evri deliveries from other companies with no issues at all. And why are the delivery times so long anyway? Clearly Get Nourished have gone for the absolute cheapest option when sending out their deliveries with Evri, and they can't even keep to the already very long delivery times. Who wants to pay a fortune for a vitamin subscription and then have to wait between boxes? This isn't a new issue either despite what their customer service responses say, they have had delivery issues for a very long time. Just look at the historic reviews! Also I was supposed to be able to write a 2nd review after 3 months on their website. Guess what no option to do so. Conclusion, great concept and marketing, poor product, atrocious delivery, very expensive, and customer service in terms of sending free boxes to make up for it is nowhere near enough

Never received my goods despite contacting you on multiple occasions. I subscribed to a service and paid for it.. never got it! Now I'm leaving you, won't be back and won't recommend. Clearly have logistic issues and the customer experience was zero.

Order never arrived. Chased it after two weeks and they said there was an issue with the delivery partner (Evri) and resent it. Another 10 days later I still hadn't received anything. Had to ask for a full refund and to cancel my subscription. Really disappointed as I was looking forward to trying them as was my husband who was going to order after he seen if they worked for me.
