“Love my nourished gummies. They taste great, I love that you can not only change flavours each month to give variety but also change the ingredients for whenever you need to adapt to your needs. Eco friendly with biodegradable packaging which is fantastic. Usually hang on time with delivery although I have had a few slight delays but customer service was always brilliant”

“I've really enjoyed my first month of Nourished and feel like I can sense a difference in my energy levels but my focus hasn't seen as much improvement. I feel like I need at least another month to see more results. Overall great product! Great taste, love the customisation, and deliveries were on time!”

“I chose a customised print and the questionnaire was detailed enough to get something designed especially for my needs. The summary of the print was interesting and helpful to learn what supplements are specifically targeting my concerns. So far, I’m feeling good! The only improvement I can suggest is that each ‘sweet’ is individually wrapped; while the packaging is compostable, it would be great to receive in a sealable bag or something similar so not as much packaging.”

“Really easy website to use, delivered quickly, the gummies taste nice, I like that you can specify any vitamins that you want to definitely include. I've been using them for 4 weeks so I can give a better overview of their effectiveness once I have more time using them. I didn't realize they were going to be wrapped in individual packets though - makes it a little hard to store but they are recyclable so I'm happy with that”

“As a person who has difficulties swallowing large tablets, it has been a relief to find a product that can meet my nutritional needs in one tasty gummy. The clever thing about personalisation is you can change up your stack if your needs change, and if you get bored with the flavour you can change that too! If I had one criticism it would be that in the past delivery dates could be somewhat erratic, but hopefully they are working on this, and I always find the customer service to be prompt and helpful.”

“On my second month with Nourished and noticed a big difference in my mental and physical health. Feeling much more awake during the day and noticing a significant difference in the quality of sleep I am getting Nourished's questionnaire makes it easy to build your stack based off your targets / goals. The only issue I've experienced was delivery turn around, it took over 3 weeks from order to receiving my stacks but have since been informed this has been improved”

“Great stuff, no comparison with stuff you get in the pharmacy. The taste is not always great, it kind of depends on your specific ingredients, and the choice of flavour. I am currently experimenting changing the flavour, trying to get one I actually like. The only issue is the occasional shipping delays, but I understand these are due to the on-demand production process, which will probably improve over time.”

“Vitamins are neatly packaged and convenient, grab and go. I may have picked an overpowering vitamin but the greens you can defintley taste. So taste wise even with flavor you can taste all layers but they are okay, will see if they make effects but so far soo good”
