“I ordered a kettle, which unfortunately was faulty and had to be replaced. When I 'phoned Gerald Giles and spoke with Phil Canessa, he was most apologetic and promptly arranged for a replacement. Despite them not having another in stock, Phil kept me informed of the situation. He was always very polite and courteous and keen to sort the matter out. Despite me living nearly 200 miles from Norwich, I received a replacement in just over a week, and am delighted with my purchase. I would definitely recommend Gerald Giles and, if the need arises, would not hesitate in purchasing from them again, despite the distance in mileage, which clearly is not a problem. Excellent service!”

“We were dealt with by Charles Slaughter in Norwich who was very helpful/professional throughout in terms of demonstrating the appliances and negotiating acceptable terms. We were in the middle of a major refurbishment project and required delivery date to be flexible and Charles was able to arrange this for us. Would not hesitate to do business with Gerald Giles again.”

“Great service, was a bit sceptical with website. Good price and quick delivery although I would suggest updating communications re delivery and tracking etc. No advanced updates what-so-ever apart from "Delivered" by email, and no estimated delivery dates during checkout. Other than that good price and quick delivery still. JuicEBitz”

“Customer service is second to none. Phil was polite, friendly and went out of his way to be helpful. Even though they were on a skeleton staff, unbelievably busy and my enquiry meant I changed my mind and requested a refund. It was sorted out immediately with polite efficiency. I cannot thank him enough or rate them any higher.”

“We were struggling to obtain Miele DOS cartridges as Miele stopped supplying accessories during lockdown & Amazon were charging a ridiculous price. Found Gerald Giles online & placed an order at a competitive price. Product was delivered very quickly. Impressive service, would recommend and will definitely use again.”

“I don’t usually write reviews because life is too short but it seems Amazon is taking over the world, so I feel I should probably say something. I’ve never heard of Gerald Giles. Simply came up on my search for KitchenAid accessories. Was looking for pasta rollers/cutters. It was cheaper than amazon. Paid for it. Arrived promptly when they said it would, in perfect condition. Been using it and it’s amazing. That’s it.”
