“This is the first time that I have used this company. The item that I wanted was on offer. I purchased this prior to the bank holiday and it came the day after the bank holiday. The packaging was a little flimsy and there were a few dents in the packaging but apart from that I was satisfied.”

“I phoned the shop to get clarification on my product. (Kitchen Aid food processor.).they couldn't have been more helpful. I placed my order online & it arrived within 2 days, & a lot cheaper than anyone else. I would highly recommended them”

“SGG are a great to do business with, excellent customer service, however their choice of courier DHL does let them down. Twice now I have been told a delivery will arrive on a certain day and needs to be signed for, then on the day at the last minute a message comes up saying won't be delivered that day. If you have made arrangements to be in to receive the parcel this is very annoying. I am considering cancelling my auto subscription and only making one purchase a year!”

“Bought new TV online, purchase went without a hitch, delivery arrived on date stated with a 15 minute phone call warning. Was a little unsure about delivery men, they did not fill me with confidence, did not feel that the functions were very well discribed and didn't feel able to ask questions. I am an older person and this TV is more high tech than I am used to. Luckiy I have a friend who come round and explained things to me.”
