“I needed a cooker at short notice because the ovens on our old one had blown up on a Saturday evening. I rang on the Monday morning to find out what the cooker would be delivered. The salesman wasn’t particularly interested and didn’t check which cooker I had ordered and made no effort to get us a quick delivery. The followingThursday. When the cooker arrived I found it didn’t have a timer. Think the salesman should have checked this out. With me. The delivery men also were not particularly helpful will in future use my usual euronics dealer in Watton Norfolk.”
