“Product all fine. Bit disappointed with 2 things. Firstly the website description was incorrect which took a couple of calls to sort out. Also on the day of delivery, no text with a time slot as promised, I called up for information and was greeted with a less than helpful Man who told me some others had called in with the same query. With that in mind surely plan B should have kicked in by calling people waiting for delivery to give the information. People have busy lives and have got better things to do than wait around for a delivery. I once again have bought local but feel rather let down on this occasion.”

“I placed my order online with no problems. Delivery was relatively quick and the installation of my new washing machine and removal of the old one was very efficient, took no time at all and the men were very courteous.”

“I have recently replaced an integrated washing machine . Unfortunately on the first visit they could not get the old machine out due to the way it had been fitted but they came back a few days later equipped with some more tools and managed to fit it perfectly. They also had to cut the plinth which again was very neat . I also live in a 1st floor flat with no lift and it was a warm day but they did a great job. Very polite and friendly too . I never hesitate fo use Gerald Giles over anyone else .”

“My order arrived well packaged and within the proposed delivery time frame. If I wanted to be a little bit picky I had no idea that it had been despatched and didn’t know it was being delivered. That said, I am well pleased with my order and would not hesitate buy from Gerald Giles again.”

“Three months ago we had ordered new kitchen units based on the size of 2 ovens we wanted, the ovens being in stock in John Lewis. We were told when the units were coming and went to order the cookers. Aah, John Lewis didn’t know when they could get them in but probably a few months! So we nipped over the road to Gerald Giles and they said they thought they could. Two days later they rang to confirm they could. We now have them and are waiting for the kitchen fitters. Brilliant service.”
