“I purchased the top of the range Miele washing machine £1370.00 when I rang this company/shops to speak to a salesperson to ask questions before purchasing ,,online sales person did not like answering questions then hung up on me I must've asked too many questions clearly that man needs more training, I purchased from this company because of the locality I needed a local supplier for a heavy delivery washing machine Delivery men, polite and courteous next day delivery can't complain at that The item arrived in perfect condition. Purchased this item online this doesn't mean the customer does not require a paper receipt for their purchase. Yes there is an online receipt.do I print it myself I can't print it because I don't have a printer. Typical online service ,,customers require a full printed paper receipt specially at these prices this is also the requirement for the two year guarantee”

“I was very pleased with my purchase of the bosch kettle. However, it has the same problem as a lot of other kettles, namely that although the quantity of water is well marked on the side, unless you hold the kettle up to the light you cannot easily see the level of water in the kettle which is a bit of a pain. Other than that we are pleased with the purchase.”

“I have used this local company several times and I’m always impressed by their knowledge of products and their customer service is excellent. A lovely lady, sorry I don’t know her name but she called me last week to confirm a delivery she was arranging to drop a combination microwave off at my mother’s. Bless her she called again on the Saturday morning to say delivery was 30 minutes away and knowing that my mother is elderly and can’t get to the door very quick nowadays, checked to make sure she was ok. Delivery man was an absolute gem. He made sure to put the package in a spare room where mum wouldn’t trip over it. How many businesses ( John Lewis excepting) can you name who give a real quality of service and product. I’m so glad they continue to trade after the past couple of dreadful years all businesses must have had during the pandemic. I’ll continue to come back. Many thanks to all staff concerned”
