“Very impressed with their service and professionalism. This past week, late one evening, I placed an online Miele Order for a Twin Dos pack of six detergents with a discount. I actually meant to purchase 2 packs as the discount was about to expire. Early the next morning a representative from Snellings phoned me to ask whether I had duplicated the order by mistake and I confirmed my intent. This was extremely professional and I applaud them for their attention to detail. In addition, the two orders were merged and dispatched within two hours arriving the next day.”

“never write reviews but I find the delivery service at Snellings Gerald Giles so good that I had to write. I am invariably ordering whatever I need - usually laundry liquid - later than I should and so desperate to receive it. Snellings Gerald Giles would always seem to start processing the order almost immediately it's placed and so the delivery is seamless and very fast. I am hugely impressed, very grateful and highly recommend buying from them.”

“The service provided was excellent. I ordered a food processor and it arrived within 3 days. Unfortunately it had a fault, but a collection was arranged on my chosen day and another sent.
