“I ordered a kettle, which unfortunately was faulty and had to be replaced. When I 'phoned Gerald Giles and spoke with Phil Canessa, he was most apologetic and promptly arranged for a replacement. Despite them not having another in stock, Phil kept me informed of the situation. He was always very polite and courteous and keen to sort the matter out. Despite me living nearly 200 miles from Norwich, I received a replacement in just over a week, and am delighted with my purchase. I would definitely recommend Gerald Giles and, if the need arises, would not hesitate in purchasing from them again, despite the distance in mileage, which clearly is not a problem. Excellent service!”
