“parcel delivered yesterday in the usual efficient manner however when I ordered in the first place I was responding to the discount offer and duly entered the required code which was not accepted. I phoned your sales office and spoke to Shane who sympathised and said he would arrange for the discount to be applied but it would have to be on the Monday when customer services would be open. He E mailed Shani and copied me in. Since then I have heard nothing please advise as to what action you have taken. Thank you A Lane Have now had an immediate and positive response from Snellings which is very much appreciated and the discount applied.”

“I have brought two kitchen aids (thanks to bake off obsession in this family) for both of my daughters for Christmas.
