“Shopped around for a Compact C2 Meile Vacuum Cleaner, was quoted in the region of £239, so rang Gerald Giles, quoted £199, RESULT. ordered at 11.30am, and arrived today 30th April less than 24 hours later. Now that's what I call good business Well done Gerald.”

“I wanted a reasonably priced cordless vacuum cleaner that wasn’t too noisy and had powerful suction and Gerald Giles provided it. I live 250 miles away and I received my order the next morning. I am very pleased as it’s exactly what I wanted. Top marks to a first rate company.”

“Gerard Giles is a really excellent company, with very knowledgeable and super helpful staff. They were immensely good in advising me on which model of Miele vacuum cleaner would best suit my needs. All this was done over the phone in the midst of the Covid lockdown. They were calm and courteous as well as brilliantly efficient. Real good old-fashioned customer care - the kind that is so rare in current times. And this comes with highly competitive prices as an added bonus. I will definitely use this company again and have no hesitation in highly recommending them to others.”
