“I ordered online, after scouring the internet Gerald Giles was the cheapest at the time. My item was delivered the following day albeit it was the wrong item. I phoned the store, the response I received was first class. The lady I spoke to was very apologetic and my order was rectified and sent out straight away which I received again the very next day and the wrong item was pick up at the same time. I would have no doubt about ordering from them again. Thank you.”

“Excellent service. Product came with a couple of days. I made an error and ordered 2 items by mistake so called, got through straight away and my problem was easily sorted and refunded very efficiently. Would use company again”
