“We have to say that the Linsar cleaner is a head of the Hoover products. The extra power adds to cleaning. We did have a problem with the brush mechanism. We received a refund but bought another one and happy with the results.”

“I ordered a kitchen aid mixer in black after first ringing up and speaking to a very helpful man who told me it was in stock and if I ordered it on line he would look out for my order and I would receive it either the next day or Monday, It arrived the very next day and I am delighted with it , thank you for the excellent service , I would not hesitate to buy from you again”

“The item arrived safely and in good time. However, the assembly instructions were not clear. it would have helped if the manufacturer had a diagram of what was included. It took us some time to work out that ‘light cable’ meant a cable that was not heavy rather than one that powered a light!”
