“Outstanding customer service, called with a query and spoke to a real person straight away who was helpful and answered my query with no problems..no automated message or holding on just good old fashioned customer service. “We found the level of customer service at Gerald Giles was exceptional. We had a number of questions relating to our needs and every query or point of clarification was responded to professionally. “'m not often compelled to write to a company and thank them, but I've just got to say how impressed I was at receiving my purchase just two days after ordering! And to the Scottish Highlands too!
