“Hi SGG We have just bought a Dyson V11 from you and it is out for delivery. However - we are in the middle of a house move - we will likely not be at the address Church Cottage on DHL delivery day Friday. We are not able to change the delivery day or allow the parcel to be taken in by a neighbour - could you relent on one of these things please otherwise it will not be delivered and more chaos will enter our already bonkers removal week- help please.
