“First time using this online retialer, no problems with ordering, query with the courier for next-day delivery - customer service sorted immediately and refunded the charge for that element. Friendly and polite and responded quickly, will use again as some items are hard to get hold of Miele website!”

We can see at the point of your ordering this item we were expecting stock to arrive within a few days as was stated on our website. There was then a three week delay announced which unfortunately we had no control over, and which we informed you of without delay. I am sorry on this occasion we were unable to fulfil your order. “I've always been very impressed with this company. I have ordered from them several times and am very satisfied. Online ordering is easy, you are kept well informed about the order and delivery and the goods have always arrived in perfect condition. “IT'S GOOD TO BE ABLE TO ORDER THE DETERGENTS DIRECT FROM A BUSINESS DEALING WITH SUCH A COMMODITY. THEY CONTACT US BEFORE WE RUN OUT SO EVERYTHING RUNS WELL. IT MAY AT TIMES BE ONLY A VERY SMALL PROFIT FOR THEM, BUT IT IS VERY MUCH APPRECIATED BY ME - AND I'M SURE I'M NOT THE ONLY ONE.”
