“I recently purchase a Kitchen Aid ceramic mixer bowl from Gerald Giles. Although this item was hard to find and showing as out of stock on their web site they contacted me to say that had a showroom one that I could purchase. Absolutely delighted with the bowl and the customer service given. Thank you”

“Usually buy electrical from John Lewis but since our Sheffield branch closed and they no longer price match, I have looked more on line. We bought our coffee maker from Gerald Giles, exactly the same product more than £100 cheaper. Haven’t used it yet but postage was prompt and I feel confident if there was an issue it would be dealt with”

“This is the first time that I have used this company. The item that I wanted was on offer. I purchased this prior to the bank holiday and it came the day after the bank holiday. The packaging was a little flimsy and there were a few dents in the packaging but apart from that I was satisfied.”

“The Miele vacum bags are slightly larger than the ones I had before but are of good quality. The delivery time was excellent so I'm very pleased with the product and service. Thank you.”

“SGG are a great to do business with, excellent customer service, however their choice of courier DHL does let them down. Twice now I have been told a delivery will arrive on a certain day and needs to be signed for, then on the day at the last minute a message comes up saying won't be delivered that day. If you have made arrangements to be in to receive the parcel this is very annoying. I am considering cancelling my auto subscription and only making one purchase a year!”
