“Lots of care given to the delivery of my recent purchase. I received a phone call asking if the parcel box I’d asked to be used if I wasn’t in at the time of delivery was large enough to fit the machine. I’m very pleased to say my delivery arrived safely the next day. It was so nice to have a real person take the time to care. Thank you.”

“All received fine eventually but had to call up to find out the status of my order as it had not arrived next day (as specified and paid for) when order on a Thursday. Called up on the Tuesday to find out what was going on and was told the payment was blocked because it was a first time purchase - bit odd. It was resolved immediately and the item was received next day (Wednesday) although I was need of the item on the Friday so a bit disappointing seeing as I paid for the next day delivery service. Processes might need addressing so this doesn’t occur for other customers.”
