“Ordered a fridge freezer from Genesis as was the cheapest place I could find it online. I knew it would be a lead time to get it, around 4 weeks. Was kept up to date on delivery, spoke to customer services as they managed to obtain earlier and fitted the delivery around my holiday. Would recommend to anyone and would buy from again with no hesitation.”

“I have never had service of this level ever before! Keenly priced with free delivery and countless phone calls to me to smoothly arrange delivery. I didn't once need to call genesis, they were in constant contact and kept me updated on the progress. Liam is a credit to the company, his customer service is impeccable.”

“When I discovered Genesis Home Appliances Ltd, it was the beginning of a wonderful customer service experience. Firstly I was just so happy they had the item I required a smaller than normal integrated oven - I had searched high and low for one this size. “Ordered a new oven online. Got a call almost immediately to arrange a survey to make sure the oven would fit and it was installed the next day. They also took away the old one. Definitely recommended (although I hope I don't need another new oven too soon).”

“Bought my cooker from Genesis, one I had not been able to obtain. Good communication from them along with photos of the cooker. Living in the southwest was not a problem and the carrier fee was not extortionate. Excellent service, followed up by two after-calls to check cooker had arrived. Thank you Genesis for your great customer service which can be a rarity nowadays.”
