“What can I say! We've just been back to the store for a large freezer. As usual the whole experience was first class, Liam the salesman is a superstar. His knowledge of all the products is unbelievable. We were so impressed, he is real asset to genesis!. If we were in the market for a sales assistant/ customer service assistant, we would offer him the job in a flash.”

“Friendly and helpful personnel. However, the system for ensuring that orders arrive on time is unsatisfactory. It should not be left for the customer to contact the showroom to remind them that an item is due for delivery. Only then do the personnel start chasing up delivery.”
