“Very easy to set up, speedy computer forms”

“Although I have been a member of GEM since 1991 I have not joined motoringassist until now. Last Summer, I had a serious breakdown with no cover and I rang GEM to see if I could get help. The young lady on the telephone was amazing and agreed to have my car and myself rescued and taken home for an agreed sum (on a Sunday). The service was second to none and I have now joined knowing that I have assistance whenever needed, although I live in hopes that my children & I will never need that help!”

“by how motoring magazines rate you so highly, I havnt had to use a breakdown service for about 15 years and hope I don't, but going on your record I believe that when push comes to shove you will deliver.”

“100% by far the best breakdown company in the UK. I have had to use them twice over the years and after being let down by the RAC before joining GEM. Very polite and understanding control staff,nothing is a bother and if they say they will ring you back to keep you informed they will. Best value for money recovery.”

“I joined GEM today, after a bit of internet research, as they come highly recommended and their price is far better than more well known competitors. Hopefully I’ll never have to use them, but I now have peace of mind at a great price. Signing up was very easy, and I immediately received all the confirmation emails and contact numbers I’d need in the event of a breakdown. Also the phone app looks great, with a location finder and ‘assist me’ button. I feel better already.”
