“I have been a regular member of GEM Motoring Assist over the years, ceasing membership only when a change of vehicle includes the manufacturer's own breakdown cover. The procedure to identify the type and cost of cover appropriate for my needs was simple and straightforward because I am familiar with the types of cover available. Similarly it was easy to take out the appropriate cover online, stating the relevant commencement date several weeks hence. Email confirmation of membership was forthcoming almost immediately.”
