“I called them out for a flat tyre - they were there in no time and fixed it in minutes - and gave me advice as to what to do then to have it checked in a garage.”

“Feel very confident with the service, no hidden extras. with the RAC they take your subscription then can't explain the charges, was with them for over 40 years !! Couldn't get any RAC Email replies just a very poor ( crap !! ) service”

“I really like that I can take out cover for individuals rather than for specific cars. It makes life much easier. I think they are competitively priced and I have been grateful for their assistance on a number of occasions. I am very pleased to renew my policy year after year”

“For the FIRST time in twenty years I broke down - timing belt snapped. Everything about my recovery went well and communications from GEM were spot-on. I have just renewed again and I am happy to do so because I am now even more confident that GEM will perform. Until you use the service you just don't know for sure.”
