“I have been with GEM for one year and have just renewed membership. Over the year I have needed assistance twice and on both occasions the service was swift and successful and I was kept informed about timings etc regularly. The huge bonus of telephoning GEM is that you speak to a PERSON not a mechanical device - what a pleasure!”

“A renewal quote by the R*C, which was insulting, reduced by £38 over the phone 'as a loyalty reward' but still came in at nearly double the quote from GEM.....thank you.”
