“Just joined following a study of reviews of Breakdown cover. Joining was very easy - Hope I never need to use the service but, if I do, I hope it is as good as the reviews I've seen”

“I would have given an excellent but the option was not there. The lady I spoke to was polite, spoke clearly and explained anything I was not sure about. Everything she said has come and she didn't mind sending it through the post. A Gold Star for her.”

“The process was simple and I like the fact that the app recognises where I would be if I break down I have a relatively new reliable car but I paid a bit extra for breakdown with Gem instead of roadside recovery as I liked the fact that the cover is for the individual as I have had experiences whereby I was in the car with my son and the cover was for my vehicle or in recent days for a vehicle that I no longer own so we were stuck and this kind of cover would have prevented this.”
