“I have only joined Gem today, so haven't had to use them as yet. Decided to join this particular breakdown organisation as they were top of the Which recommended best buys, had very good reviews and appeared to be priced very favourably compared to the other market leaders.”

“A very easy process which was enhanced by the help box. I needed to check cover for a 22 year old motor home and was ably assisted by Diane. If the breakdown service is as good I will be very satisfied.”

“Just bought cover online as they are highly rated. However, there was an error on the webpage and I had to call to ensure my cover had been purchased. Very nice, helpful assistant. Bit disappointed that I wanted to book cover from today (19th) but it won’t be set up until midnight on 21st.”

“I renewed membership by 'phone some two or three days ago ( after a regretted four years of forgetfulness ). Prompt service with this Emailed acknowledgement, with a promise of my printed policy posted to me in due course. Thank you, GEM!.”
