“Must say how quick and efficient the staff are and happy to help has an answer for all my questions. This certainly comes across even over the phone must say . Lisa was a lady I spoke to first so helpfull Then when I called back I spoke to Diana she was also very pleasant . First impressions count !!! All information that I needed was given to me in a very calm and happy manner 😃..”

“Looked at GEM because of high consumer ratings (Incl. Which?) I had a few questions to ask before 'signing up' - all handled on the telephone quickly and professionally. Went for 'family pack' all living at the same premises - looks like very good value for 4 people - I really like the fact that it's the person who is covered in any car, rather than individual cars - this means if you are travelling in somebody else's car who doesn't have breakdown assistance - you are still covered.”

“Everything you need to make a decision is laid out clearly and really straightforward. I was impressed as there was only two options to choose from, and all you had to decide is which one you preferred. No messing about as to what car you drive as the person is covered in any car. Joining and paying was also really straightforward too! So far so good!”

“Bit annoyed to find that once I had signed up there was a special offer on membership that could have saved me £30. I also tried to set up a direct debit but seems my bank will not allow this but never had any problems setting up DD with other companies.”

“I've just joined so I can't rate the service yet! One niggle I have already concerns the printing of 'what to do if you breakdown' info. It doesn't print cleanly in that the front page is overlaid by part of what looks like the last page.”
