“I,ve just joined GEM having been with Green Flag for several years. I found the on-line site very good, it was easy to fill in the on-line application. I have not yet had any need to call them out yet, but I hope the service will be good.”

“Never had breakdown cover before. Just retired after 46 years truck driving so hence it was never a consideration. So happy with the price and the cover as I own 2 classic minis and it's always in the back of your mind having a few problems. Very easy website me being of " Dinosaur " status so no problems encountered getting cover on line. Well done GEM.”

“Firstly, the cover is much better value for money than the other big two. I had been with Gem some years ago and found them to be excellent when I had a breakdown; there was quibble. From my personal experience, I can strongly recommend them.”

“I have not had to arrange breakdown cover for many years so I spent a great deal of time, hours in fact, looking for the best cover at the best price through price comparison websites and was still none the wiser. A colleague then suggested Gem...the website was fast, easy to use and importantly clear as to what the cover included. The price was competitive too. It took a few minutes from search engine to membership.”

“I had been a member of GEM for many many years, however I changed bank accounts which offered breakdown cover, this proved not to be as good as it purported to be, hence coming back to a service I trust and know is second to none.”

“I have been with the AA for over 20 years Each year it gets more expensive but the customer service seems to have got very bad since the buy out by a private equity firm .After reading gem moto assist reviews I decided to give them a go and save some money in the process.”
