“Just joined so this is my initial views. Better value for more comprehensive coverage then my previous provider. Website very good, easy to use, information is clear and quick to join. I used the on-line assistant chat service as I had a few questions and found this to be very helpful and efficient”

“I have used GEM Motoring Assist in the past and had on occasion to call on help the centre advised of the nearest recovery and the fee was repaid promptly. What more could you ask for. They offer best value in the market, covering multiple cars and my caravan.”

“Very easy to use and great cover the only compliant I would say is that I don't have a printer and would have liked a hard copy sent out .I would also recommend to a friend”

“Gem offers all that I want in a breakdown service, I have two cars and a caravan, there is only one car on the road at at any time with personal cover am always covered, plus am covered when I have the caravan on the back. Very easy to join”
