“Great company have now taken out out our third years family cover. Have used the service three times in the last year and on every occasion service was great from the call centre to the repair team arriving. Highly recommend over the choices out there .”

“This is the 3rd year I have been using GEM - I find their subscription price is good compared to others- and last year I had to call them out a few times and was very happy with their service. The switchboard was very efficient - the engineer who attended knowledgeable and the pick up truck service also good. Really can't fault it...which is why I've signed up for another year!”
