“Star rating based on joining experience as a new member. Easy to understand options, simple process. Received comprehensive information in the post shortly afterwards, with a robust membership card, unlike the one from my previous supplier. I like the overall approach and stance of GEM as a motoring organisation.”

“I had been with the AA for 17years and I phoned them to inform them my husband had just died and was told I had to take out a new policy but would cost more which I found very hard. On looking at your websit you give a better cover and are much cheaper wish I had changed years ago.”

“I’ve just joined up to G.E.M’s all inclusive recovery service and it took just three or four minutes to complete the application form. Fast, easy and professional website. I just hope that if I do need to have a mechanic out for whatever reason it will be as painless as joining your team!”

“Easy to understand personal breakdown cover, with a bonus that any age of car is covered as long as it has a valid mot, is taxed (if applicable), and is insured. Website is easy to navigate, and you can pay by PayPal. I have only just joined, and hope that I do not need to use them for a long time!”
