“I've yet to actually use them, but as a previous customer of the AA I can't fault the cost of coverage which is proving to be extortionate at the AA. GEM were recommended to me by my son who has been a customer for 3 years and he has been very happy on the few occasions he has needed roadside assistance.”

“After being totally let down by RAC which took nearly 7 hours to come to my rescue at night in London last week and haven't yet offered a proper apology or phoned me to discuss the matter, it was a hugely welcome contrast to join up with GEM. The cover I needed and membership details were taken by a friendly receptionist on the phone, with full cover at less than half the price of the RAC. I feel in safe hands.”
