“Joining was very easy. Excellent website very easy to understand. Downloaded the app which is self explanatory. Just hope we don't have to use it!”

“Very easy to switch and set up online and had queries answered by telephone. Bonus voucher for recommending friends and family. Very helpful customer service, very competitive price, just hoping if I break down the service will be equally as good. As GEM come voted top in all reviews no reason I will be disappointed. So far so good! Thanks GEM :)”

“Signed up for a joint GEM Motoring Assist Extra with my wife. This was a very straightforward and user friendly process. It only took a matter of minutes and the supporting documentation is very good. Even better it was on a special offer which gave us a significant reduction on the list price. Previous experience of GEM Motor Assist has been very positive so we both feel very comfortable that they will help us in the coming year with any motoring emergencies!”

“I am rejoining GEM after a break because my cars came with membership of other support services and, as there was no sense in having more than one, I relinquished GEM. Happy to be back. My 5* rating is based on years of contented membership which I trust will continue.”
