“Was with them for a year, with a decent young drivers quote of £600. The next year, I needed to change my address so I did, and they gave me a renewal quote of over £900.”

“Complete money takers, never answer the telephone in less than 40 minutes usually way exceeds this. Despite saying that you can cancel the policy within 14 days you get hit with not just the £75 admin fee advised but you pay for the days you are on cover but additional fees. Total rip off, no documentation ever received, and to get a refund of the initial £575 fees took over a week and then £146 withheld which we are still fighting for. Despite numerous emails 6 weeks on still no further forwards. Would never use them or recommend them.”

“micro-management in a name of insurance and i pay for this too. wasn't informed of a blackbox when paying this insurance and now i have one to install or else i get cancelled. my driving is micro managed too and the rating system is very harsh. 0% score for driving between 11pm and 5am and now my score looks like trash and get a review every few weeks about my driving. I'm not a bad driver, always careful, never got a single speeding ticket because i drive well and never any issues with my pervious insurances. definitely will not be renewing with this Insurance.”

“The deposit is shocking they expect from first time drivers/buyers. After purchasing my car i had to pay a £202 deposit. The pro was it was the cheapest one I could find- that's it.”
