“They give you a score at regular intervals. although I am an extremely careful driver at ALL times my score ranges from 0-100. They claim more money from your ac when your score is poor but seem very reluctant to credit you when you drive well. (I had 1 reimbursement). I have contacted them and they said they would look into it... that was 3 months ago I'm not happy”

“I'm constantly worried of doing poorly on my driving because of the box installed in my car to assess my driving. I hv done well but my premiums hv not gone down as I was told before.”
