they rip off and scammer i joined the them and normally they give you 14days to to cancel policy if you don't want them within the 14 day i submitted the document they requested and after 14days they calling me to send another thing entirely

Awful, rude customer service. After 2 months they wanted more money from me. My details hadn't changed! They couldn't care less when I complained.

Charged nearly 60.00 to make a small change to my policy. Do not go with this company-wish i had paid a bit more and gone with a reputable company that has good business values and decent customer service skills.

Wouldn't recommend going with these. All seemed good but then when I had to change my address after 5 months they charged me a 25 pounds admin fee. Ok you should read the small print, but I have never come across that for an address change.

I would highly advise people to avoid this insurance company as the way it treats its customers,after taking £342. from my 79yr old mum to insure her car,customers support was at its highest of disrespect to her,tell her to post her license and proof of ncd,after having help from a friend who uploaded her photo license and ncd,this was still not good enough after a lot of arguing my mum said cancell the policy,only to be changed £45 cancellation fee,for absolutely nothing they have done.But still got to wait 3-5 days for money back...😡😡😡😡

Yes they are cheap but once you pay your deposit the customer experience is stressful and incompetent. Emails and phone calls very 2 days asking for copies of this and proof of that. NCD yes i expected that, but then they claimed it didnt have my car reg number on it, they don't need the car reg number for a NCD. First time ever I've been asked to send pictures of our driving licences, then because they are picture/card ones they wanted our National Insurance numbers so they could log into the DVLA website as us to check convictions?!? Then a few days later another call to say we hadn't declared a spent driving conviction, our oversight as it was 4.5yrs ago and wanted to charge an addition £127 on top of the £340 policy as an admin fee!! After much shouting on the phone and being told we would lose all money paid to date if we cancel, they came bank and said it was a system error and the additional charge was only £27...where did the other £100 go? We have absolutely no confidence in this mob, but they now have our money so we are stuck. I can't wait for the year to be up, I will never go near them again. Cheap doesn't always mean good, lesson learned.

Stay away. They insure you and then on the 13th day (you have 14 days to cancel) tell you that they are putting your insurance up because you never declared an accident which I 100% did and was not my fault anyway. I called back again after dealing with Todd the tit and I was only then told it was over the 14 days to cancel. They had me jumping through hoops trying to prove stuff for them just to cancel me anyway. AVOID

They cancelled my 7 year NCB 2 years ago after only one claim, put up my premium. Later when I recently changed my European licence to a British one they put up my premium again saying i am classified as a new driver which was a lie and "if i don't pay over the phone NOW they'll cancel my current ncb" which was another lie as they had no right to do so. They later said "Oh we meant this year NCB not last year one" which was another lie. When i emailed them and said I was not happy with this they did not even respond for weeks and then just refused to return the excessive payment and did not even explain what it was for. I then cancelled my insurance with them and they would not even send me my current NCB. Absolute liars, scammers. Be careful.

I tried to renew my insurance with them 3 weeks before it ran out, then the nightmare began. First thing that happened they removed 100.18 pounds from my account without my permission. Then they claimed that we had submitted the wrong information and stated that the wife had an International licence untrue. Then they claimed I hadn't responded to an e-mail in time so they had cancelled the policy and it would cost me 30 pounds. Then there were stupid telephone calls from them saying stop driving the car immediately you are not insured despite my existing policy with them having more than two weeks to go. Then there were more calls asking me to ring them back on two different numbers by two different ladies about an hour apart. Having lost faith in them being capable of doing anything right when another lady rang to make sure I wanted to cancel my application, I agreed and asked when they would repay the money they had taken without permission. She said within 3 to 5 working days no mention of any deductions, three days later 55.18 pounds appeared back in my account. They had stolen 45 pounds of my money don't touch them with a barge pole.

me and my wife got a insurance quote off compare the market .com from insure2drive at first no problems then they asked for 125 pounds as my wife was on the policy twice something i did not do we have cancelled the insurance immediatly and would advise other people not to take any insurance off them or the other companies they run go girl or sabre . i try d to resolve the matter but they were adimant the charge was going to be paid so if you dont want to get ripped off or scammed stay well away from thease companies

This company is a scam - they may be cheap - but their 'automated' systems do not work and they do not keep to their word.

Absolutely terrible insurance provider, lost over £130 deposit because they claimed that all of the deposit is not refundable after 14 day cooling off period, now ime having to go to court for my money back, these people may be cheap but cheap comes at a high price very bad business.

Absolute joke of an insurance company! Would not recommend to anyone,they may be cheap initially but they soon make up for it when they hit you with ridiculous charges for minor changes (ie change of address) lazy staff that don't even go thro your policy with you to check they have your details correct (incorrect surname on every email they send and also incorrect spelling of address) phoned to ask a question about my policy and found out they also had my occupation wrong and have tried to charge me an additional payment of £150 on top of what I already pay to change this on the paperwork if I do not pay they will cancel my policy, the women I spoke to on the phone offered to explanation as to why it was this price just proceeded to tell me I had a week to pay worst customer service i have ever experienced!!!!cant wait to get to the end of my policy not staying with them another year will actually go with a well known insurance company beware people!!
