“Very disappointed in the service received. Had insurance over a year , then find out my husband who has crohns and leukaemia had put the wrong purchase date in when he initially set the policy up.you took the payment for this year without my permission, bearing in mind its my policy!”

“Been with Grove & Dean years. This renewal though, was something else. The price and add on costs were horrendous. So, I had to do it myself even though I was ill and ended up hospitalised. I could have done without that if Grove & Dean had been reasonable.”

“Forced into purchasing my car insurance at twice the price from last year, despite no change in circumstances nor any accidents. Previous insurance company for performance cars, ERS, no longer using G&D as broker. $550 last year. This year over $1300!”
