“We have just joined you for my husbands insurance on his vehicle. He asked for his documents to be paper ones for them to be sent through the post. We didnt get them so rang up 3 days ago and was promised they would be sent up today nothing as arrived He his giving the Company the benefit of the doubt for a few more days and if nothing comes then there will be a serious phone call for him, hence the 3 stars.”
