“You know why. Rip off merchants.
Tried to cancel an auto renewal but it went through on a weekend which did not count so I only recovered £22 of my original payment. Auto renewal without the owners consent should never be allowed.”

The new one you set up online didn't start till 19 days after the original one was cancelled, potentially leaving the vehicle uninsured. Please contact us if you do not wish to be on cover or if the new active policy you have with us is a mistake. We hope to aid you in this situation and do our best to assist.
