“My car had a flat battery , but It took about half an hour to get my call answered , and over 2 hours for a break down crew to arrive to jump start it ! Very inconvenient and disappointed at response for a very simple problem, but breakdown crew were good .”

“They provide a decent service and have found a competitively priced policy each year, but their communication is poor. I have emailed customer services several times with no reply, and their online chat service is poor. After waiting in a queue there is no visual/audible prompt to confirm when an agent has responded then within a few minutes they cancel the chat and you need to start again. Very frustrating!”
