“Reasonably priced fully comprehensive cover with legal etc included. Had issue with my registered payment method at renewal date and they had no issues arranging alternative solution and plenty of time to complete.”

“Simple to insure with these brokers, who needs complications in life? only thing on the application which i thought was wrong was how private miles, I have a car for private use!”

“Very disappointed in the service received. Had insurance over a year , then find out my husband who has crohns and leukaemia had put the wrong purchase date in when he initially set the policy up.you took the payment for this year without my permission, bearing in mind its my policy!”

“Been with Grove & Dean years. This renewal though, was something else. The price and add on costs were horrendous. So, I had to do it myself even though I was ill and ended up hospitalised. I could have done without that if Grove & Dean had been reasonable.”
