Customer services appalling my son been trying to get through to them for 3 days after finishing work at 14.00 to make a payment after direct debit failed but they don't answer phones, been waiting on hold over an hour each day, always says technical difficulties if try and pay through on line account, 6 more days like this and they will cancel it and charge him more
