“The last 2 weeks I have been trying to call them. No answer been waiting for up to 2 hours. I have sent emails. To get a bounce back saying they have attempted to call me. THEY HAVENT! I need to get an issue resolved, but having no luck! It's an absolute joke. What I need to do I cannot even do on the customer portal! There so called new portal is absolutely rubbish.”
