Great service and provided me with the best price around.

Website does not work to make changes and wait times on phone for over an hour and still did not get through to make a change then close at 6pm. Impossible, several times tried and still not being able to pick up a new car due to not being able to contact them . Atrocious

dire customer service - on hold for 45 mins and then cut off. Can never get through and all I wanted to do was set up a direct debit (i.e. to pay them). The online portal has no way to do this.

Poor customer service. Still waiting on premium being refunded after cancelling my policy with numerous emails sent with no response. Complaint has been made with Ombudsman.
