“dire customer service - on hold for 45 mins and then cut off. Can never get through and all I wanted to do was set up a direct debit (i.e. to pay them). The online portal has no way to do this.”

“If you want to do anything with your policy other than just be legal on the road you will soon find out why they are so cheap. I cancelled my policy over 2 weeks ago before the cover even started as the car had been written off & despite a reply from Sabre Customer Services assuring me of a refund & compensation nothing has arrived. I live in hope but not much G Barnard Policy No 666670455371”
